Cathe's Intermediate Workouts

I checked Cathe's website and the only intermediate workouts listed are the following:
  • Low Max
  • Low Impact Circuit
  • High Step Circuit

With the following listed as beginning/intermediate:
  • Low Impact Step
  • Basic Step and Body Fusion
  • Total Body Stretching
  • High Step Circuit
  • Total Body Sculpting

In your opinion, are there any other Cathe workouts you would consider intermediate in terms of endurance (not necessarily choreography)?

Thanks!

This is just off the top of my head, but Athletic Training, Step Moves, and Athletic Step seem intermediate in contrast to her advanced DVDs.

I think Cathe's Turbo Barre is intermediate.

In personally think some of the new xtrain DVDs. Not tabatacise though, but most of the others I tried (haven't done them all)

Pretty much anything from the Shock Cardio series is intermediate. Also, I think Slide & Glide is also intermediate.

I agree. I also find Crossfire to be intermediate.

I'm just going with cardio workouts since any weight workout can be made intermediate by adjusting the amount of weight.

I personally find these workouts to be high intermediate/low advanced.

Cardio & Weights
Boot camp
Lower Intensity Step (from 4 day split)
Any of the MMA workouts from Shock Cardio
Hard Strikes
Low Impact Challenge

I'm sure there are others but that would require me getting up you check .

Except for Hiit & cardio core circuit. Those two are advanced.

I think that most of Cathe's earlier workouts would qualify as intermediate or even beginner (even though they were pretty much considered advanced when they came out!!!): Power Max, MIC, Step heat, Step max, Step jam, Step fit, Step works.

Wow, you must be superwoman! I find Crossfire to be one of Cathe's most challenging workouts to date. In my opinion, that is a super super highly advanced dvd.
