Suggestions for a travel workout

I am going to be travelling for a month so I am looking for a workout that uses bands or no weights. I have been doing BBL, Jillian's Body Revolution and Booty Barre.

If it is downloadable then that would be great too. I am considering tonique mat work, winsor bun and thighs or another barre workout which does not use weights.

Any suggestions???

Oops I also forgot to add that I want a quiet workout so preferably barre or matwork or toning with bands. My cardio is going to be walking around Europe.

As always, I suggest the Powerfits. Cathe's Travel Fit is great too.

I recommend Fusion Dream Body and Tonique Mat, you can do both barefoot with no equipment. All you need are the DVDs!

I have done lots of Tonique workouts while traveling and they are all great. Cardiomat is great floor and standing work. Just grab two water bottles in your hotel room and a towel. It's great.

I travel quite a bit now, and I always take my Powerfits, and SI6/Burn it up and Keep it Up. The reason I like these so well, is because when using a laptop, it is akward if you are doing a workout that requires a lot of floorwork. In the SI6 workouts, the floorwork is all at the end. The Powerfits do not have a lot of floorwork. They are all low impact, so they are quiet. Usually, I do them very early in the am, and DH is asleep just a few feet from where I am doing my workout. Oh, also Leslie workouts are good, but if you are doing a lot of walking you probably don't need those.

Cathe's TravelFit is a good one, as is Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I also like to take Jillian's No More Trouble Zones with me when I travel, but you do need a pair of dumbbells for that one. It's pretty easy to either find them in the hotel workout room, or substitute something else.

There is some impact in BFBM, but I modify it if I'm in a hotel room.

AbRipperX also works great for travel.

The Slim Series workouts are good for travel too. Just take along a resistance band.

Ilaria's Abs & Pushups is great for travel - I use it often. The name says it all - 30 minutes of alternating abs / push-up variations.
