Alison,
Jill Miller's Quick Fix for Ankles & Feet have great stretches. There is a 5 min. video and a 10 min. video with different exercises. You can get one free at ttp://www.yogatuneup.com/quickfix-yoga-videos or both are on Jill's Quick Fix Lower Body Series. Also, this short video by Rainbeau Mars may be helpful: http://www.luckymag.com/blogs/luckyr...lucky-magazine Danielle |

I like Stacey Lei Krauss' Sole Training download a lot for this.
Read about it here: http://www.willpowermethod.com/sole-training Buy/download here: http://www.willpowermethod.com/video...-download.html Best ten bucks I ever spent I messed up my ankle really badly last year when I was moving and this helped me more than any traditional (RICE) method. I stopped using it a while back and my feet and ankle are not happy bunnies... It truly is that good! |

I thought of some other ones: the Yamuna Foot Wakers with Foot Fitness DVD http://www.amazon.com/Yamuna-Body-Ro.../dp/B000PJTXT0 is terrific and she has a new Save Your Ankles DVD http://yamunabodyrolling.com/store/b.../?show_item=45 . Danielle |

[QUOTE=alisoncooks;1875457 I sprained my ankles (both) pretty badly -- & multiple times -- playing softball & volleyball in HS. I'm wondering if that is coming back to haunt me in my old age. [/QUOTE]
If you're like me, it will. But when I do Sole Training consistently -- no problems, no pain. So I start slacking off, doing it less and less until I stop... And slowly the pain and problems come back again. |
