Just got my MB45 advanced today too

Question though, my MB45 essentials came with a workout plan but there was no insert in the advanced. Did anyone else get a workout plan?

They e-mailed me the workout plan and their nutritional guide about a week after getting the DVD. It was too large to try to attach to a post.
