I wanted to check in for yesterday: I did the new Blogilates 12-Minutes to Burn Fat (low impact cardio, but pretty fast pace) and Jessica's 1-Mile Upper Body Circuit.

We got about 3-4 inches of snow; hard to say exactly because it started melting this morning before I was even up. DD made a great snowman and we had some snowball fights! Our yard is too level for sledding, but she had fun anyway.

Diana, sorry about the expense of the machine. That's not a very nice surprise. It seems like something like that should be covered by insurance. I hope it helps your DH!

Lynn, it sounds like you've had pressure from all sides in different ways. I hope you have a time of relaxing and refreshing this weekend.

Cynthia, glad you were able to get back to your singing lessons! Thank you for your prayers.

Cheryl

Finally! Not a DVD, a book: Denise Austin's Sculpt Your Body with Balls and Bands in 12 minutes a day. I had this book years ago, recently re-acquired it from Paperback Swap (the book version of swapadvd). I'm on Denise's email list. For $70, you can get a stability ball, 3 resistance bands, a 200+ page e-book. Hello! Can we say recycling? It also includes 6 exclusive ball and bands workouts, but they're not DVDs. After I read about this, I got the old book.
So for 3 weeks, this is what I'm going to do. I'll add in cardio when I feel up to it.

barre 3 40 minutes

Diana, that machine is expensive. I know now why my mom waited for her insurance to get hers. I didn't know it was so expensive.

Cynthia, I used to be able to workout from books, but not now. Still fun if you can.

Cheryl, glad you had fun in the snow. One nice thing from this whole thing with my parents is that I am much closer with my brother. So everything has a positive side.

Hi Everyone!

About the cost of the CPAP machine. We haven't fully paid our deductible so we have to pay for it. If we go to a Dr. we pay $25, specialist $50, etc. Medications are difference prices based on the tier of the medication. I use copay cards on some medications so some are free and so far, the highest for a 90 day supply is $95. So, that's what the problem is. The implication was that once you pay the $600 for the sleep study, you get approval then it's covered, no other obstacles. But, everything is an obstacle, LOL.

Check-In: Gina Bauber 2000 steps in 20 minutes - short on time today

Lynn That's wonderful that you are closer with your brother.

Have a Blessed evening!

Denise ball & band, day 3. Yes, I started yesterday, but Denise called that day 2. Day 1 was prep, mental and food planning. I'm going to go by Denise's numbering so I don't have to think about it.

Checking in with two BodyFit by Amy workouts: 24 Minute Total Body HIIT and Strength, and 10 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout. The second one was 5 years old and felt tougher than her newer workouts, but it might be because I had already done the other workout.

Hope you are having a great weekend!

Hi Everyone!

I did a lot of walking, in general today. I met my step goal and I'm at 3 miles.

Have a Blessed evening!
