See my original post. In the BodyPump the only tracks that are taken out are the triceps/biceps.
I have the original workouts and compared the on demand to what I have. The original format is: warmup legs chest back triceps biceps lunges shoulders abs stretch Lesia |

I previewed a few and it looks like they include legs (squats), chest, back, shoulders and core. The back work includes deadlifts. So it seems like a pretty decent 30 minute total body workout just skipping the real isolation moves.

My Cathe Live subscription did just renew, so I'll have both this month, but normally I will pick one or the other.
