Oh my, I have some of her old workouts in VHS and still like them. Must pull them out again! Thanks for the reminder!

wow, that long! I still remember in her "new" workout... Leslie Lillian singing "do it" during the aerobics section.

I have her 2 compliation DVDs of her older workouts and I do them often. I particularly enjoy the aerobics section of her "Complete Workout". I hope she puts out more of her old workouts on DVD - I'd love to have her step workouts on DVD.

I have kept all the VHS but was hoping the step workouts would make it to DVD.

They didn't show the cover of her Challenge workout. That was a personal fave. I wish they sold it on DVD.

I still have the step that came with Lower Body Solution. It's the same size as Cathe's smaller step that she uses on one of her beginner step workouts. In fact, I bought Cathe's beginner step workout just so I could use it.
