easier barre workouts?

I'm still new-ish to barre style training, and I've got a lot of motivation and a lot of new workouts right now... I'm a spinning instructor and tomorrow night I'm teaching two classes, and I'm a little sore from yesterday and today's workouts... but I still want to do something in the morning!!!

Do you have suggestions for easier barre workouts that will keep me busy but not dying? if that makes sense... I don't want to be super worn out but I want to do something. my upper body is pretty sore as are my abs but perhaps a lower body workout would be good.

here are the workouts I have:
a bunch of pure barres (those are probably tough)
ballet physiques
all the p57s
all the bar methods (maybe I could do the beginner workout??)
Essentrics barre
Boston Body barre

I also have some core fusions and the BarreAmped DVDs but I've done those and want to stick to newbies

Omg Barre3... Cannot say enough good stuff about Barre3. They're as hard as YOU want them to be, and they are so energizing!! I can do a workout on a slower day and just feel refreshed, and then I can do the same workout on a more energetic day and work my butt off. The instruction is also very thorough.

Ironically I don't have any barre3 workouts yet!!! I have done Standing Slim though -- maybe I'll do that tomorrow

Hi Caitlin! I'm by no means a barre expert, but I would think the Essentrics Barre would be more stretchy/gentle. Didn't you say you have Element Barre as well? I find those workouts nicely challenging, but their 1/2 length definitely makes them more doable than some of the tougher, hour-long barre workouts.

Maybe you just need to do some gentle stretching on your spin class days.

Ooo ooo a fellow Orlando-ian! Do you have any interest in going to a live Barre3 class in Winter Park? It's so much fun going to the studio. i bring my 5 month old with me because they have on-site childcare

Beth good idea!! I do have Element barre and I haven't tried the other half! I must try it.

Neatski-- maybe...but I'm scurred!! I'm nervous about live classes. I live by seaworld... there's a barre54, and bar method and soon a pure barre in Dr. Phillips about 10 minutes from here! barre54 has a groupon out for eight classes for $75... I'm such a home workout fan and I work from home so I don't know if I'd use all eight...

Barre3 was my first thought - they are easily modified and wonderful workouts if you don't want to kill yourself. Instructors give lots of modifications and form tips.

As for a live class, I've never been lucky enough to take one, but I know the studio closest to me (about 4 hours away) has a beginners class. Maybe you could check into that?

Essentrics Barre isn't Lotte Berk-style barre. There is a lot of stretching involved and you can choose which segments you want since it is clearly chaptered. I think it is the easiest of the ones you own.

Oh my goodness, I'd buy that groupon in a New York minute.... I really don't think you'd regret it!

Essentrics Barre isn't true barre so that would include all the CS stretchy stuff. Also, a barre that never gets attention is Karen Voight's Ballet Body workout. It has a lovely setting outdoors (in field or meadow or something?).
