- YouTube Fitness Blender: 5 mins. killer kettebell lower body workout as a finisher;
- Urban Rebounding: Hip-Hop Bound ( - it makes me laugh- the instructor reminds me of Snoop Dogg ); and
- Ugi Total Body System: Stretch It Out.

Great WO! Nice for a change. I did 12 reps instead of 16...some 8 reps all with heavier weights.
