How do you decide what is worth paying something every month and what is not?
I currently subscribe to Les Mills and Body by Simone. I use both several times per week, and they frequently add new content, so the monthly fees are worth it to me. I also often use Linda Woolridge’s Barlates Body Blitz free You Tube workouts, and my favorite Body by Simone workout is a free You Tube workout that she did for Sweaty Betty.

How much is too much (to pay)?
I also agree with the $20 limit.

Do you pay monthly or go for prices breaks with yearly subscriptions?

I have been paying monthly but should change to yearly because I plan on keeping both my subscriptions.

What types of things do you enjoy involving yourself in?

In addition to my “regular” workouts, I enjoy hiking and sailing. My husband and I will also be starting Jiu Jitsu classes soon.

What keeps you in a plan? How do you know when to cancel?

I’d cancel if I began to lose interest in the type of workouts.

I know so may people who have gone through the prices to make the point that they don't spend more than if they were to buy the ingredients and cook it on their own. I just have trouble believing that.

It's interesting that $20/month seems to be the ceiling for a lot of people.

mmmm, don't know.

I agree that it's overpriced, but I do think they offer a lot--many, many workouts, recipes, workout plans... they'll even text you a reminder to workout! But I agree that $30/month is too high. Even for all that. Generally, I try to avoid paying full price for anything.

Yes, I have Blue Apron. It's the only one I've tried so I can't compare to the many others out there, but I've been happy with it overall. I wouldn't really call it a subscription though because you aren't paying every month--you only pay for the meals you order, so I can still be a member and not pay anything as long as I don't order anything. I've been a member for about a year, but I only order maybe once every 2-3 months.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't realize you could order when you wanted. Everyone I have talked to has subscribed and gotten X number of meals per week. Your way makes more sense to me.
