Wow, I am intrigued by the brief clip! I like the idea of the "mini" workouts too.

I'm not familiar with Robb--has he been in Jari's other workouts? Is Jari still in this one as a BG exerciser (couldn't tell from the clips)?

Jari answered by saying she does the warm up but just Robb and 2 ladies are in workout

Does the downloaded version actually contain the 7 mini workouts?

There is a much better clip of this one (though brief) with Robb in action. It's on her Jari Love Fitness Facebook page. The pace is nice, slow and controlled. This is going on my wishlist, for sure!

Can you post the link? I can't find it on her page.

Never mind, found it (very short) https://www.facebook.com/JariLoveFit...1309073260001/

Looks good!

Clip looks good. Can someone who has downloaded the workout give details
How many reps and sets are done?

Thanks

The back of the dvd cover says it uses 3lb to 8lb weights with step and barbell optional. That seems very light for a slow paced workout. I know if I get this I'll be going as heavy as I can with good form.

For anyone that has done the workout, does it seem like every body part is worked thoroughly? TIA

Denise
