Unfortunately, I'm leaving the house at 6am for the next week and I do my yoga in the mornings so I won't have a chance to check out the actual material until Saturday earliest. But hopefully another person that pre-ordered will chime in. Patti

Patti- that stinks! I worry about the shelf life of dvd-r's and I hate to spend $16 on one.
I wish they had said they were dvd-r before you ordered. I was waiting for Amazon to stock them.

Over the years, I have had very bad luck with DVD-r's disintegrating, freezing, skipping and no longer playing which is why I don't buy them if I can help it. I'm jealous of those of you who don't have any problems with them.
