alright, i just finished bata barre. that was a good one! I didn't burn as much cals in this one (355) but I think that will change once i get better at it. the workout flew by. the DB girls look so graceful doing these workouts. I feel like i look like i'm having a seizure LOL. I think what i struggle with these workouts is that i suck at them LOL. I may try Bump tomorrow.

Argh - you all are killing me. I loved the first set of DVDs but am in PT for a pulled groin muscle now. It has improved a lot but just don't think Dream Body is the right thing where I am now. But I guess that lead to the question - is there as much inner thigh work on these ones as the last set?

No, not nearly the inner thigh work. It's still great floor work, but not like the first set

I feel this set really fries the outter thighs.

Exactly. I think the idea is that over the week your whole body is worked, with extra emphasis on a certain part as a "finisher" to the workout. They really leave no body part unworked
From what I understand, the emphasis in MILF, is outer thighs and butts and in Intense, it's the arms and triceps. What is the emphasis is the other ones?
From what I read, this series seems as good as the first one and you all seem to like it as much. Am I right?
