Others have covered this well, but thought I would add that I did the first workout this morning. It runs about 35 minutes with the quick warm up at the beginning and just a quick stretch at the end from a seated position. I don’t think there were any unique moves. She does switch weights a lot and I’m careful how heavy I go because I don’t want to get hurt.
