This morning I did a matrix practice on Ravi & Ana's Bootcamp of tune-in, Flow 1, and Siam Kriya. The matrix menu would lead you to believe that's a 27-minute practice, but it was really only about 20, and it was quite nice! (No, I can't hold that crazy lunge with the top of the foot on the floor for the full minute. I went in and out of that one.)

Laura-I've had the Bootcamp dvd since it was released, and I think I have only tried one segment. That dvd scares me

I have done all the segments of Boot Camp at some time, but I have also been avoiding it. I think of it as hard! But the Flow 1 is not hard (it's more vinyasa than kundalini), and although the one pose in the Siam kriya is very hard, the rest is not. (I think there are just three poses in this kriya - I don't remember the second one but the third is just a seated meditation.) I was happy to find a way to use this DVD!

I'm really starting to add in the meditations and practice daily.....they sort of put you in an altered state/trance....love them.
