compilation of Jessica Smith you tube workout listings
I am compiling a listing of Jessica's you tube workouts.
I am listing the workouts by category, including walking, dance, kickboxing, hiit, stretch, toning, core, 15 minutes or less, etc. I am including a link to the workout, the length, equipment needed, toning emphasis and type of impact.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. I will see if I can get the post made into a sticky when I'm done with it.
I am not going to include the really short workouts (five minutes or less) in the list.
The listings in the categories are not complete. I will probably add more to each category as I work on it.
ETA: I think it is complete, but if I missed anything, please let me know. I did not do a "15 minutes or less" category (yet).
