Hi Cheryl,

Thanks for sharing this! It looks like a refreshing find, back to true, authentic KB training. It's definitely on my list. Not to mention the added bonus that Skogg is really cute and has a nice voice

I'm glad we don't have to wait long for this one!

that is a definately plus. lol Fitgirl. I will get this to get motivated again. I've not had my kbs in my hands all year. Glad to help every keep the pounds away.

They're wearing wrist guards! I thought that was only for us sissies.

I do kind of wish they had omitted the calorie burning statement, and I love burning maximum calories. It just seems kind of gimmicky for hard core kettlebell training.

The fact that it's a system is what got me. That's like telling me I have to follow recipes exactly the way they're written. Personally, I view them more as suggestions.
