I am a music geek, yes! I am sure I will enjoy them. I saw they also have meditation. I really need to start regular meditation, so I am eager to try those also. Thank you again!

I created a log in and the first class I clicked on opens with "MLK" by U2! I will definitely enjoy these. Thank you again! I signed in on my desktop to create the account. I am going to see if I can use the web browser on our smart tv so I can stream it there.

You can stream on roku or whatever with their Bulldog Online channel. They also have an app. I can't wait for you to try them. I love their slow flow classes.

I do not have a Roku, but I am going to try to set it up on my Smart tv now and report back.

I received a package from Cookie-thank you! In addition to the two month subscription to Bulldog Yoga, she sent a lovely yearly planner, an adorable apron, and a Santa hat with "VF Elf" written on it. Plus, there was a very cute Snoopy Christmas card.

I received a surprise gift last night from my lovely and generous friend Linda (fanofladyvols). She gifted me a month of streaming from Yoga Ranger. I have been using her you tube practices and love them, so I am very excited to try out the material that is exclusive to her streaming site. Thank you so much!
