I don't have a 360 but there are plenty of free step workouts on YouTube.

I have a Step 360 & the dvds that came with it for awhile, had gotten it from
HSN at a really good price, probably a year or so ago...anyway, didn't mess with it much when I got it, wasn't too impressed, but I tell you, I kept it and probably a few months ago, decided to get it out and give it another chance and I tell you....I have had a blast with it.....I only filled one of the air chambers as it explains on dvd if you are a "beginner" to make it easier and there is a modifier in every workout. the workouts are a little different then what I am used to..but I am really enjoying it now.... |

I have the Step 360, and I love it. You can do Bosu workouts with it and also high step work. You can also do regular step workouts on it, but you have to modify a bit. I also use it for some toning moves - pushups, triceps dips, lunges, squats - it adds a bit of balance challenge.
