BarreAmped Cardio (skipped abs) This is a fun low impact cardio workout. I liked everything about it.

This evening was Body Electric Perfect 10 vol. 2 followed by Calorie Killer Yoga’s Balance and Restore. Hopefully, I will get a wonderful night’s sleep which rarely happens these days :-)

Sydney 50 min. Full Body Dumbbell workout. Awesome sweatfest! She hit all muscle groups and added cardio in between. Perfect for me. I needed a good workout today and I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.
