I'm laughing at your comment..."I don't do CS....". If you don't do CS, you probably don't need Season 12. (yes, I know we are on VF and this is just wrong to say anything similar to comment)

Season 12 moves very gently. I'd pick Season 11 over 12. If you are injured or dealing with pain issues, you might like Season 12.

You can laugh at me too, because I'm in the same boat. I really want those newer dvds but I think I've determined that my body type needs a different type of work than CS/Essentrics. It just seems so good for a body so I want to be able to use it. Years ago I combined STS with CS -- I think I did something like two days of STS, one day of CS. Maybe I need to get into that groove again (with something other than STS, that is).

Here's the thing. If you don't like it or think it doesn't jive with your body...why invest money in a program you won't use?

For $15, you could do the streaming for a month and do the new workouts....and decide if you even like the new workouts.

I realize...this is crazy to talk like this on VF. Today, I've chosen to not enable. Now tomorrow, that may be a different story.

pgun3 & bee - The sale will go on for a while. I’d suggest that if you own some CS or Essentrics DVDs, try them for a week or more, do a short workout daily. See if it’s something you enjoy and leaves you feeling good...or not. If not, I’d pass. And if you do enjoy them, you could also work with what you have & catch the summer sale.

I’ve been doing only CS/essentrics for the month of November. While I don’t have any “omg” results I definitely feel so much less achy and my foot is feeling better. I’m looking forward to going back to weights in Dec but CS definitely is permanently in my rotation on some level.
