I taught a class this morning. Lately I’ve been doing short ETV practices & reviewing standing trademarks for Precho 10.

November 11-Essentrics/Meg/Abs and arms, 30 mins yoga
November 12-30 mins yoga November 13-at gym, 30 mins hills/treadmill, 30 mins bike. (not a fan of the gym but a lot of ice on the sidewalks. November 14-at gym, 1 hour on treadmill/hills. November 15-No workout November 16-no workout (except cleaned for 3 hours) November 17-2 hours of raking, 1 hour walk. November 18-No workout, worked about 13 hours today. November 19-40 min walk November 20-4 1/2 hours of raking. It was my "birthday party." November 21-1.25 hour walk. No ice on sidewalks. Hello Friends, It warmed up here enough for the snow and ice to melt so I am so excited that for now I am back to outside walks (vs the gym which I don't really like). I still have raking to do. I spent 4 1/2 hours on Wednesday only to wake up Thursday to leaves everywhere. It's all so annoying. Otherwise, all is good. I have missed a few days this month mostly due to my work schedule. I hope all is well. Mary |

Did a CS espisode on my dvr from Season 12-Pain Relief for Feet-and my Qigong with Lee Holden, then had my happy hour walk after the wind died down it was blowing at 25PMH
Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I messaged CS while I was looking at the sale, here is the reply Hi Anita, now that we have officially launched our new website and streaming platform, we are hoping to have new workouts in December but do not have an exact date yet! Can't wait. Anita |

November 22-1.25 hour walk
November 23-3 hours of raking and mowing. I was going to stop and go for a walk but I just wanted to get these leaves done. November 24-2 hours of raking, 1 hour walk November 25-1 hour walk November 26-1+ hour walk. My time is getting better and over the past few weeks I am covering longer distances in 1 hour. But I had a physical and my primary is sending me back to PT which is think is good and needed. Though I can walk good, I am struggling with other things, bending, stairs, etc. November 27-1.25 hour walk November 28-1.5 hour walk, 2 hours of raking, then took 40 min walk after dinner. November 29-1.5 hour walk November 30-No workout today. I did rake in the morning. But I was just not feeling well and was struggling with a headache all day. I did work my PT job for 6 hours. I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. I was home by myself but a work friend invited me to dinner which was so kind of her. I did get a lot of raking done on Thanksgiving day. I hope all is well. Are we doing a December thread? Mary |
