Yes, login first.

360 isn't my fave. I love all the cardios and FIT more. Mat is nice is you want something a little more manageable.

Thank you. I just rented and did the new beginner one. I haven't done a P57workout in a few months and realized why I like them. This one is easy but still a sampling of P57.

Oh thanks! I don't do Instagram but do get their emails. My freebie went through after 9pm PT, so I can do my Physique Cardio Blast workout tomorrow or the next day! Sweet.

I just did Cardio Blast and LOVED it! I've been toying with the idea of buying the DVD but spending $24.95 for 30min workout didn't appeal to me. Needless to say, I'm buying it! Great workout, and packs a lot in 30 min.
