Yes, it's the Triple H workout.

I'm probably going to do upper body 1 tomorrow. I'll update this post (it won't bump the thread) with an exercise list.

Upper Body 1
2 sets : 8, 12 reps
chest press
Single arm row
Seated on the floor - lateral shoulder raises
Bicep curls that work the forearms (i can't remember this, but i think it's a regular curl, but then palms down on the down motion, or I'm way off. Ha)
Sprinter sit ups

I didn't do it. I suck. i absolutely could not force myself out of bed this morning, but i got the exercises right, only forgetting the sit ups

Dela, I owe you a thank you for bringing this dvd to my attention! I'd not been enjoying my workouts lately, doing just whatever so that I can put it on my calendar instead of seeing a zero. But this has made me want to exercise again. I like it a lot.

- i can go heavy because there are only two sets (3 for lower) with not a ton of reps, so I can focus on what I'm doing and not when it's gonna end.
- the exercises are basic, but I'm not bored
- the workouts are short, but if you go heavy, you'll feel it's enough. I keep getting sore, that's not typical
- great tips on form, which are things I know, but he does a good job of explaining before and during the exercises
- i don't normally like my cardio to have a strength component, but since it's short, i tack it on after doing Upper 1. And I take shorter breaks in between, which keeps my heart rate up

We'll see how long I can keep it up.

** the above refers to upper 1, lower, and cardio. I've only done shoulders and biceps of upper 2, can't comment on the rest

This is the Triple H workout? If I can only get one between the Tripe H or Stepanie's dvd which one should I get?

I have both, but can only do the leg workouts, warm up and stretching because of a shoulder problem.

Triple H is a heavier more strength based workout, Stephanie uses lighter weights going for a more circuit type cardio routine. Her leg workout is a nice little add on, but I needed to run through it twice to feel like I got a nice little leg workout.

I feel Triple H. is better on camera too, Stephanie is good, just not as good.

My preference goes to Triple H. but I also tend to always prefer slower strength moves over faster cardio/circuit.

I really wish I could do his upper body work, I feel this one dvd would make for a great full body workout.
