Mobility workouts

I just received Cathe's Perfect 30 set and was previewing some of the workouts, one of which was the Mobility workout. This is an area that I know I need to work on, but overlook. That started me thinking. What are other workouts that would be considered mobility workouts? What do all of you consider mobility workouts?

For me it’s Essentrics.

This is an excellent thread. I did Cathe's new mobility workout the other day and loved it. I tend to be a hyper person so slow workouts (yoga) are really difficult for me. But when I was done w/ Cathe's, I felt great. I also need more of this in my life.

I have a few Classical Stretch workouts on my dvr that I like to use for mobility.
I should record just a few more and get back to doing them in the evening .

I like Dasha Libin's 7-Day Lean series a lot for mobility type work. It's Kettlebell Kickboxing without the kettlebell I found the totalfitnessdvds.com YouTube clip https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbK8YbUXrqw, even though the set is not available on their site anymore. I'm sure you can still find it on Amazon or Ebay, or maybe even the VF Exchange.

My favorite is Movement Parallels Life on youtube. Here is an example. Some are advanced but there are some doable also.

I also like Femfusion on youtube for her hip circles and flows.

Tracie Long--esp her newer dvds--does an excellent job. Her segments are succinct and can be used for quick add-ons. I have a ton of excellent mobility work but the biggest challenge has been finding segments that add on easily for daily or at least more consistent use. An hour long mobility session is a luxury vacation that just won't fit into my weekly schedule. And I get better results with daily use vs a longer session weekly.
