I really enjoyed both workouts. I did both in full. I love Kelly's style.. And these are both I look forward to doing often.

I'm loving both of them and reaching for them quite often, actually. They both are "goldilocks" workouts for me, I feel like I've had a great workout when I'm finished, but don't dread doing them. I have done the premix of boxing/weights intervals on S&L several times. It's my favorite way to do that workout. It remind me a lot of Cardio Pump, which I also love. I do wear a weighted vest for Cardio Overload. I'm not sure I would like it as much or feel as worked without it. LOVE these!

I've done both workouts and liked each of them.

Recently, I've had a health setback which has temporarily prevented me from doing most of my workouts. I've been advised by my doctor to rest, so haven't done anything as of late.

Are these pressed dvds or dvd-r? I am pretty sure I'll get Strong and Lean at some point, but will probably pass on Cardio Overload. I don't have a weighted vest.

Mine are pressed dvds. Cardio Overload can be done easily without the vest, it just adds intensity. I didn't have one either, but decided to invest (no pun intended ) $25 and buy one. I've actually used the vest for some other workouts as well.

Not that I'm trying to enable you. Much.

I was going to cave on Cardio Overload but went to her website to order and got a “website not secure” message. Anyone else have issues?

I think this was mentioned in a thread awhile back. The website itself isn't secure, but when you move to the payment section it's secure. You should see the https and the lock, IIRC.
