KCM Total Body Kickbox workout 1, pausing every 5-6 minutes to hop on my stationary bike in 5,4,3,2,1 minute increments.
This wasn't a good combination since after biking, I was ready to move, but TBKB is a slow, controlled workout. Next time I'll mix bike with a weight workout. I moved the bike to the exercise room yesterday, so now I have no excuses to not use it.
