Cathe's Perfect 30 Lower body pump - premix w/bonus. This was another solid workout, tough but lots of variety of moves.

KCM- 30 MTF Kickboxing workout 1. I rarely reach for this DVD and when I do I usually pick workout 2. I didn't remember anything about workout 1, but it is good. I need to do this one more often.

Perfect in 10 stretch- Section 5 Intense Stretch

KCM's A New You Coming -- just the first 40 mins as I didn't have time to do the abs and lower body floorwork segment plus cool down/stretch. Great, fast workout that utilizes moderate weights and has a cardio effect with unweighted standing lower body moves (very functional fitness oriented). Fun and zips past in no time and a triceps burner!

15 min. walk and 13 min. of upper body weights. Bad sleep! Had to save some energy for my two cleaning jobs that took 6 hours.
