The format of the workouts. Some of them are follow-along, and goes through each exercise. But some put all 4 of the workouts on a split screen (smaller) and you're supposed to just move through all the moves done for time.
The exercises are good, but I just prefer his other DVDs and the one-screen format.
ETA: I have started working through YAYOG Vol 1. I skipped over the Novice workouts because honestly thought they might be too easy for me at least when I previewed.
I did all three of the Intermediate workouts and it was a very good challenge. Some were easier but not easy. Some were just tough. But I love the bodyweight format. Amazing how tough using your own body can get.
Good combination of upper and lower body moves.
A pretty fair amount of pushups.
A little bit of plyo and good lunge and squat moves.
Mark is a good instructor and he seemed to be working pretty hard too.
My only negative is that there is too much down time explaining the moves, showing the body graph (which muscles are worked). But it's a pretty small negative. And watching Mark isn't bad. ;-)
