Great, now I want these! I also want the new tap outs. I just got the we catches and combat.

I really enjoy them because they challenge me. They coach me at the perfect point, they know when I'm spent & tell me exactly what I need to hear when I need it.

They remind me of what I think a live class would be. Variety, energy & "fun". They motivate & challenge me every step of the way. They are my hardest bodyweight & lightweight DVDs I own.

I'm confident with continued use I will see results even with just an hour a day & good eating.

To me, they were worth every penny. As I've said before, I've spent $40 on 20 min kettlebell DVDs so it's all relative to me. It's like the "cost per wear" - I know I'm going to use these a lot - way more than other DVDs I've spent less on.
Would you say these are for advanced exercisers only? The clip is so short but it's still very interesting to me. I just know that if they are too advanced, it will be money wasted for me.

I mostly do Tracie Long workouts. I can comfortably do Slim Series and most intermediate-advanced workouts. But workouts like Insanity/Asylum or Lean Hot Body, Chiseled etc are too much for me.

Nat - they are advanced barre type workouts - you can't compare them to insanity at all - apples & oranges.

I just finished the last one & I loved it. Each one challenges me in a new way. I am working everything during these. I take a lot of breaks & do the reps I have. I can't wait to see what results I get with continued use....

I am like you. I am also hesitating but I think after seeing some clips from Mary I will be able to decide. I also think there is a modifier.

I am able to complete P57 and Booty Barre - with breaks. So that gives me a little hope that I will like these (or at least be able to do them).

Good idea!! That is what I will do. More information is always better in these cases.

Nat. -you should be fine. One way to look at it too - if you got these & could do them without any breaks where would you grow & change with?

I took plenty of breaks - I still feel completely worked out & don't feel I missed a thing.

Are they more difficult than Dream Body Fusion? I found it intense, but do-able.

No, probably very similar.
