Not sure if it's cheaper

Here's a link to where I got mine. I recently bought CS for Athletes from the CS site and got it very quickly. I think they're cheaper though PBS but I'm not positive. Enjoy!

uh oh

First Lotte Berk, then Callanetics, then Cardio Barre, now this!

I have been Tivo-ing the Classical STretch program on PBS, but they look really easy. Now you're telling me that the actual tapes are more difficult? Hmmmm.

DVD's

Just wanted to let you guys know that CS customer service told me that it's coming out on DVD in June of 2003. Don't know any of the details (whether it'll be grouped on 1 disk or on individual disks), sorry.

I haven't done Athletes yet but I'll try to do it tonight or definitely tomorrow and let you know.

Amy, you might want to try it. It goes for the burn just like Lotte Berk and Callanetics.

CS for Athletes

In this one Miranda concentrates on shoulders, hips and legs. The workout is about 28 minutes with an extra 12 minutes for more hip work. She does some toe stretches that feel great. Athletes have tight feet she says. She says this one isn't for normal people but the only problem I had was on the last hip stretch. If my hip wasn't injured I could probably do it with no problem. The shoulder work is a little faster than in the Full Body or Arms and Abs video. This one felt good but it's the third one today. This one has more PNF stretching than the others. Feels so good!

Talking Thank you so much for the DVD info!

I've been dying to try Classical Stretch, but I don't do VHS. I don't even own a VCR anymore, so I'm an all-DVD girl now! I'm really excited to hear that Classical Stretch is coming out on DVD. I can't wait until June!!!
