Starting tomorrow!

I'm excited to be starting Drop Two Sizes tomorrow! I have been following/posting to the Facebook group (thanks Sue!) to get excited about the program.

Thanks also to Jeannine for the Word chart listing all the workouts! I actually updated it a bit, so I thought I would attach it if anyone is interested.

I'm re-attaching the file because I found a few errors; sorry about that!

I also believe I found the following minor errors to shaka's post above:
*For Phase 1, she forgot to include the Warm-Up in the Countdown Metabolic; the actual time is 45 minutes,
*For Phase 2, Strength 2, it appears that the Warm-Up is listed as a minute longer (14 minutes), but if the Warm-Up time is 13, the total time for this workout is 64 minutes, not 65 as listed.

Jeannine, there were a few places where the times (I believe) were incorrect. I would have to go back and look, but in one of the phases, I think you had the time for the RAMP changing even though the RAMP stays the same--same thing for the foam roll. But I found your chart very helpful overall; thanks for doing it!
