LOL, I agree Denise! We seem to be drawn to the same type of workouts.

I like the JNL format of what looks like 30 second intervals but the dark set put me off. BUT, never say never....I may be able to pick it up off the swaps later.

I'm too much a cheapskate to buy at this price. It does remind me of S90, which I already own and which I purchased for under $20.

This does look similiar to a lot of things I already have like S90 and Weider, And I have plenty to keep me busy until next year, but for some reason I still want it...

I am a sucker for sets/rotations and even if they are similar to something I already have, they are always different in some way, even if it just a different sequene, different instructor, etc.

I don't think I will cave right away due to the price. I do have until then end of June with that coupon code though....

Oh no!!! I was ready to resist this, but as soon as I opened the clip and saw it was Frank Sepe, I knew I was doomed

I really liked his book The Truth, and used its paper workouts in the gym for a while, and I saw good results.

I was serious when I said JNL was the last thing I was buying for a while... but my birthday is in a month, so maybe I can call it my B-Day present to myself

ETA: Although I do admit, it doesn't look like anything new, and I'm excited about JNL, so maybe I can talk myself out of this one for a while.

I ordered it off their webpage and that was what I was charged. Mind you, I had to have it shipped to a great VF'er and she has to mail it to me. It was mailed on Monday and she got it today. I think they come from the UK and they ship using FedEx. Herbalife doesn't ship to Canada.
