I've done the Lift one, but not the others. I will probably do this one a few times, but after that, instead of doing it as a video, incorporate the lifts into other routines. In one respect I"ve gotten used to paper workouts, and enjoy not being focused on a TV screen, and like being able to choose my own music. The other workout on the DVD looks good, and looking forward to trying it....that is the type of workout I am more likely to follow a DVD to...not the compound lifting.

btw no doms from any muscles after LIFT, though I did lighten up for it for the first time.

Great comments from all. Looks like a lot of people are avoiding Olympic Lifting.
That's the first one I did and the more I think about it, the more I know I'll do it again. I too, am not very fond of compound moves, but I must admit I liked PowerSculpt more than I thought.

Tomorrow I try Circuit Burn and plan on doing the whole thing. Thanks again for all your thoughts!

The OL one is the one I have most looked forward to doing. I think I'll work on the tutorial today. It looks like a great full body workout without all the isolation moves (not that I'm against them, but I have soooo many workouts with those).

Hi ladies,

Today, I did Power Sculpting, I loved it, it gets a lot done in 30 minutes.

I am the only one that actually likes Olympic lifting, is a great workout in a short amount of time. It looks harder than it is!

Ditto on the Powersculpt workout. It is an awesome workout.

It is a fun little butt kicker! Highly effective and the time goes by fast.

I've done Powerscultping which I thought was deceivingly tough and a good. I'm not used to doing circuit workouts and I was working really hard when I did this one.

I've done the 17 minute premix for OL twice with a #30 barbell. I'm planning on doing the workout as is this weekend. I love it. I hope Kelly comes out with another OL workout someday!

I finally got around to doing the OL workout - I had watched the tutorial soon after getting the dvdS. I did the OL warmup with a 15lb bodybar and the actual workout with a 25 lb barbell. I didn't have any knowledge of OL b4 this. I did think Kelly did an outstanding job teaching it...although when she says that if you don't NEED the breaks in between, then you aren't lifting heavy enough. This was definitely the case using 25.

I will try 30 lbs and the premix next time.

Linda, I think once you are use to 17 minutes, the 30 min will seem like wasted time. Did you do the 17 min premix twice in a row or at different times?

I LOVED the Olympic Lifting workout!!! I started with a 12lb body bar for warmup and 20 lb body bar for the workout, but I switched to a 27lb bar. Next time, I plan to add 5 lbs to that to try 32 lb. I really felt it in my core and had slight DOMS by my next workout in my inner thighs, which was a surprise to me!

I haven't tried Powersculpting, yet, but it looks good.

I did the premix on 2 different occasions as an add on. The first time I did it after Circuit Burn I, the second after Powersculpting. I finally previewed the whole workout last night. If I try for doing it all the way through I will probably skip some of the cleans.

OL slays me. I can't finish all the reps in the premix using a #30 because my heartrate gets so high. Does anyone else have this issue?

Finally did Olympic Lifting this morning, the regular workout.

That was harder than it looks! I used a 22 lb. barbell (it was a bit light, but any heavier and it was too heavy for this workout). I had planned on adding a HIIT workout after this, but I was pretty spent.

Next time I'll do the shorter premix with a heavier barbell (probably closer to 27 lbs). I think the 30 minute version is good for a time or two, but I think I'd like to move on to the shorter version.

How are folks using this? Are you adding on that premix, and to what? Can you do this after a lifting day? Just a little confused as to how to add it in.
