KCM New Rotation, Inlcudes her New DVD's

Here is a 6-day a week, 6 week rotation.

(abriev. for DVDs)

1. Cardio: Cardio Blast
2. KB: Kickboxing
3. BT: Body Training
4. Circuit:Circuit Training
5. Boot: Bootcamp
6. MD: Muscle Definition
7. Lift: LIFT
8. Weights: Weights


week 1:

Circuit 1
LIFT 1
Cardio 1
Weights 1
KB 1
MD 1

week 2:

LIFT 2
Cardio 2
MD 2
KB2
Boot strength premix

week 3:

Circuit 2
BT 2
Boot cardio premix
Weights 2
Cardio 2

week 4:

LIFT 1
Circuit 1
BT 2
Cardio 2
LIFT 2
KB 2

week 5

Cardio premix 1
Weights 1
Circuit premix cardio & Boxing
MD premix chest & Back
KB 2
Boot 1

week 6:

Cardio 2
BT 2
Circuit 2
Lift 1
Boot 2
Lift 2

If you workout 4 days a week like me, push the last two training days to the next week and extend the 6 weeks.

Thanks for posting this! I have been using the premixes because I prefer to work out for 45 – 60 minutes, but this is a very helpful guide. I KCM!
