It was a long day...night yesterday but I am happy to say that all of the DVDs are en route to the post office!
Last notes:
Circuit Burn: each segment is only 1 & 1/2 minutes long so you have to work your hardest for that entire amount of time! Advanced try 10 and 15lb dumbells, intermediate 7 and 10lb dumbells and beginner 5 and 7lb dumbells.
L.I.F.T.: A bar for Olympic Lifting is best, but can be done with dumbells as showed by Lauren. STUDY the tutorial...practice the movements, they are natural...work on them! When you really become comfortable with OL you have a premix consisting of only the completed lifts...this is a great quick workout to add when you are not overspent. In this workout(when comfortable) you need to use more weight than usual and you must do it fresh!!!!!
For Powersculpting: Advanced try 10 and 12lb dbs, Int 7 and 10lbs and beginner 5 and 7lbs
