I have really been enjoying Olympic Lifting - the first time I used a 30 lb barbell, but Saturday I upped it to 40 lbs and I still have DOMS in some odd places! I am planning on using it every Saturday, since I have less time to work out on that day. I will try 45 lbs next time.
