Post Gathering Qi - an expandable list of free Qi Gong, Tai Chi and healing energy clips

This lovely gem was recommended in my Youtube feed this morning, and it inspired me to create this post. Please visit, contribute and enjoy!

Here is Master Liu De Ming demonstrating Wu Xing Qi Gong (Five Elements). I almost shed a tear at how beautifully it all flows together - music, movement, the wind in his silkies - I swear I could see his aura moving.

And of course, the ever popular 7 Minutes of Magic for Health.

I see my office afternoon stretch breaks getting exponentially better.

That is beautiful...thanks for sharing. I got amazingly calm just sitting here watching it.

You're welcome! Isn't it amazing? I was -- transported!

Here is a thread with suggestions by Spotted Zebra for views outside the realm of Lee Holden/Exercise to Heal.

Thanks Pat. Here's Qigong 14 Movements by Keiko Murakumo, who runs a wellness center in Japan and is a cancer survivor. The recording quality isn't as high (visuals are a little fuzzy) but I still love it. The whole practice is about 20 minutes and it gets better as it goes along.

Part 1: Movements 1-4

Part 2: Movements 5-8

Part 3: Movements 9-11

Part 4: Movements 12-14.

Thanks for sharing! I was feeling tapped out this morning because of an allergy attack I received at the park yesterday. So when I made my tea and started watching the clips I started feeling better! I even did the 7 minute one and truly feel more energized. I may need to incorporate some of these into my daily workouts. I like the idea of using these during breaks at work. Such feel good stuff.

I've been shoveling all weekend but once I'm back in a Youtube frame of mind I'll keep looking!

Right now, turning to my old tried and true QiGong for Back Pain - both ends.

Pat, I like the Shaolin Qi Gong clip. How is your back?

Here's a 20 minute practice by John Munro, a qigong teacher in New Zealand who offers online courses. (I started to post this yesterday but somehow lost my post. Lol). This clip is from his 2nd course. For more info he has additional clips breaking down the different parts.
