Debbie Siebers' Body Dynamix

Has anyone tried these workouts? I'm looking for clips and emailed her asking where I might find some.

thanks - I guess she's on her own now.

I'd be interested, but want to wait for reviews.

I did a few when they were free on youtube (mistakenly uploaded by the production company or something). I liked them and was bummed I didn't get a chance to try them all before they were taken down.

Last I heard, these were for a streaming thing...and I thought it had a different name. (found it: Body Insurance was the name)

Looks to be the same thing... they were fairly gentle. I liked them...

I think they're both streaming and DVDs.

I loved Debbie in SI6 & SS. It looks like a great program, but I think it's rather pricey at $59.95 as its only 2 hours 36 minutes in total.

Yep, this is the same program that was once on youtube (until discovered and taken down). The entire program used to be called Body Insurance and it was supposed to be a streaming thing.

The workouts were good...but pretty basic. And each workout was pretty short (most around 20 minutes), which makes it not really worth the price. (Many dvds these days have 3 20-min workouts for around $20.)
