Forgot to mention Claudia Schiffer Perfectly Fit series! I think it is produced in Europe in their DVD format. I also found some segments on YouTube. I had all the VHS back in the day.

i found the Region 2 Japanese version for an astonishing $1 (!), which includes all 4 workouts on 1 chaptered disc. the audio is in English, but i had to get the menus translated by my friend.

I used to do Turbo Sculpt! Loved it, she made a few jokes and the colors of the Crunch videos were always uplifting. Had some of the Fat Blaster ones too but can't remember any details.

I know several of those are on youtube. I had saved one that said full body routine and it turned out to be Master Class. I haven't done it tho. I had never even heard of most of those on your list, but once you search for one, you find a bunch more.
