So this is a new one separate from the 20 minute collection, hmm.

Did you hear via email? I haven't received a BellyFit email since the last episode of Season 2 went live.

I received an email about it.

I got an email too. Not sure I’ll buy this set, only 3 workouts & they are an hour long. I do prefer shorter workouts. I love the Shakti Warrior ones!

I wonder if the classes can be divided up. I am thinking about it.

I wonder how I fell off the email list? No biggie, Sherry keeps us posted here.

I signed up for Mirabai Holland's emails and never received one from her either, but occasionally I see them referenced at VF.

Hello fellow yoginis!

First of all, Happy Birthday Pam and congratulations on passing your Level 3 Essentrics Training. I knew you'd do well.

I really love the new Shakti classes on Daily Om and was momentarily tempted by this new Alchemista program but decided to wait until it comes down in price. To be honest, I much prefer a 20-minute routine - much less TIFT'ing, which drives me crazy! Downloads would have been the icing on the cake but this is my 5th course on DO and I've never had any trouble in accessing any of my classes so far.

Margot, I am really glad to see you! I think you meant to post this in our check in. The yoga check in got really small, so we moved to the Barefoot on the Mat check in.

Margot, it's so nice to see you! The psoas teacher had a vagus nerve presentation a few months back, but alas it was only lecture and no asana. I purchased Shakti Warrior and tried "lesson 2" which is actually lesson 1, not that it matters. Loved it! 20 minutes is so perfect for my schedule and it leaves room to tack on something else.

I am holding out Alchemista to see if she has some kind of holiday sale. I'm still not sure if I'll purchase it or not.
