I am going to add one more, since I did it Saturday -- Thighs & Glutes [#293]. OMG! This was killer -- my quads and glutes are still talking to me two days later.

Hazel Porter, you were right on Legs for Days (264). At the start, I thought hmm, this isn't so bad, then shortly after, BAM, suddenly I realized it's going to hurt to get out of a chair later! That's a sneaky workout that builds like crazy and ouch! I probably shouldn't have gone a tad heavier than Cathe like I did in a few spots. Bad, bad, bad idea! I added it to my favorites, of course! Thanks for the recommendation!
