Man Flow Yoga - YouTube

And in my search for clips, I found his YouTube channel: https://m.youtube.com/user/ManFlowYoga Now, I am not a man, lol, but I do appreciate straight-forward instruction and short practices.  I did the core/hips for beginners this morning and liked it. Has anyone else used/liked this channel? |

Yes. He has 4-5 DVDs on Amazon. But there's a LOT of free content on YouTube!
