I have yoga burn and booty burn.
Yoga burn is a 45 minute yoga circuit. You finish 3 videos weekly for a month, move on. I found it boring repetitive. Once I moved to the second month, it was too hard and I gave up. Booty burn I only lasted a week. The idea with booty burn is to do 15 minute before yoga burn or 15 minutes one day, 30 another and 45 later in the week. Best adding the hiit workout through the week too. If you follow the Facebook, you can wait for it to go on sale where you only pay for the shipping. Ten dollars. I would not pay full price. I am waiting to see if the extension training gets as low as ten or fifteen dollars. Once you check out, you will be asked to add all the things. Just say no. But after you check out, absolutely make sure you have not auto enrolled. They "brag" that they don't but they do. It is easiest to stop this via PayPal. It did get me stronger when I was doing yb. I just find I dread it so much and I cannot add 45 minutes of yoga with barre. |
