Thumbs up AIS Active Isolated Stretching

Adarsh Williams has many AIS stretch samples on YouTube such as this one https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=...FgraVc97kj0dZk

Recently I found he has a full body "active isolated stretch" video on VIMEO for $14.99 which I purchased. I've done it twice so far and really like it. The second time I was able to do most of the stretches without the strap. Before that I've done several other ones on YouTube that are in segments, which are also really good, but his VIMEO is wonderful and I will do it often.

The segments I do on YouTube are in this link, and also good: https://m.youtube.com/watch?list=PLN...Kg&mode=NORMAL

Thanks for the info. That looks good.

He has a code for 20% off the Vimeo download on his YouTube page.

It is, oddly enough, "YouTube."

This is a new type of stretching to me. I have never done anything but static stretches. How do you like this in comparison? Do you only do AIS or do you mix AIS and static? Are you Youtube segments follow along?

Thanks for posting this.

I do mostly static stretching, classical stretch dvds, & yoga for stretching. I'll do AIS a few times a month when feeling especially tight, as it really loosens me up. I don't have the exact time, but it's over an hour. But you can also fast forward or stop early. I also really like the you tube segments in my link above, and I recall those are about 45 minutes combined.

These stretches look great! Thanks for posting. I've never heard of this instructor before.
