I'm very excited, Cathe is my go to! Although ever since Cathe Live I do have a hard time getting overly excited about my DVD workouts!!

It's been a while since I've surfed these forums, that is a very good idea, thank you! Still not excited about all the gliding though.

I can see gliding being a excellent tool in the gym with the but for the home exerciser it is just not a very good option because of the various types of flooring we are working with. JMHO.

I'm excited too, I like the look of the workouts, the outfits, the different equipment (full step, high step, stability ball, gliding discs, barbell, resistance loop, etc.) used for each workout, I also like gliding, I even may try to use my slide board for some of the workouts, I don't have all of her DVDs, so some of the exercises look new to me.

Someone on the forum gave the idea of using a fleece blanket with the gliders. Works like a charm. I use two weights to hold it down so it doesn't scrunch up when gliding.

Is there a list of premixes? I can't find it anywhere.

This is my first Cathe preorder that I've ever cancelled. Just not felling it. I'm going to get some of the new Tracie Longs instead. They are just more of what my body craves these days.

I love gliding exercises. I have cathe's gliders and also have the ones Mindy used. I have no issues on my carpet with them but then again the carpet is Berber and really old so it probably is pretty worn where I work out.

Not fond of the stepping and high impact in the one but I like the looks of all the strength exercises and the kickboxing.

I figure if I try it and don't like it I can always sell it, just like I did her strong and sweaty series.
