PBS and Masterpiece both have e-mail newsletters that you can sign up for.

Thanks, Carol! I just signed up for the Masterpiece newsletter because like Sherry, I often miss the beginning of a series and have no way to catch up. The newsletter should help with that!

It will. I rely on that. Also, when a series is being aired on Masterpiece, they usually have the episodes on line to view if you miss one. And then they'll keep them online for a short period of time after the series ends.

There is one called Best of PBS...Also, some shows like Death in Paradise don't need to be watched from the beginning. I just watch that one occasionally and it's still enjoyable.

I just started Poldark. It is pretty good so far.

Yes we really enjoyed it.

The story was intriguing, the scenery was beautiful, the lead actors were convincing. And just Tom Hiddleston alone??? Yes please.

It was just a mini series though, based on the book. I googled and looks like season 2 is a "maybe" but nothing has been written yet. I, for one, hope it happens!

Me neither. Poldark season 3 starts Oct. 1, for whoever is waiting for that. I've read the first two books of the series, but that's just the first season, so my reading is behind my viewing.

Just watched all of seasons 1 and 2 last week. Ross Poldark . . . swoon. Except when he did what he did (don't want to spoil) and I didn't talk to my husband for 2 days.

Any thoughts on the conclusion of season three of Broadchurch?

I found this article about shows coming to Britbox, which include season seven of Cold Feet (woo hoo!) and Strictly Coming Dancing:

http://deadline.com/2017/08/britbox-...ve-1202151456/

Amazon now has an app to stream Britbox, so I will definitely sign up for a month when Season Seven of Cold Feet is on.
