These look great! I normally do live dance classes (about to head out to 'Socacize' now, yay), but I'll try and check these out soon
And I can't resist publicly sharing something Fuzzie and I already delighted over...naturalyogini, listen to this interview around the 30 minute mark to hear how Guru Jagat is a devotee of TA Livestreaming! Who knew! http://www.superfoodsuperlife.com/bl...2/13/gurujagat |

I can't speak to the online classes, because they're just too pricey for me to even try, but the original Soul Sweat Workout was very Nia-like. There were short segments of free, unchoreographed movement, but the rest was alternating between choreographed combinations/phrases specific to each song. The dance style I think could be described as a fusion with elements of modern dance and various dance styles from all over the world. The best description I could come up with might be structured hippy dancing.
Here's a clip that shows one of the free-flowing sessions followed by choreographed movement: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ykyvce8xrp4 This video is probably almost 10 years old now, so it's possible the Soul Sweat style has changed a bit in the intervening years. Hopefully someone who has tried the online classes can comment. |

Alchemy of Movement has some videos clips of their dances. They did have full workouts but have since taken them down.
