I just did the first workout and it was incredibly fun! I loved the range of music - from Adele (We almost had it all) to Kongos (Come with me now), with some hip hop, tango and bollywood - and how the movements are choreographed to the music.

Too bad they don't show clips on PowHow but for those intrigued, I found a short one on the studio's web site (this is not the workout on PH but it gives you an idea of the type of movement / vibe): http://www.alchemyofmovement.com/

Wow-exercising to Adele's "Rolling in The Deep"-how wonderful I wish they were cheaper. Thanks so much for posting about it.

Well, when the barefoot stops working on my pained feet, I have to do barefoot-recommended dance with shoes on ...
