I received mine - all were intact and everything good.

For me they are very much cardio based - with bodyweight exercises thrown in. I'm combining with heavy lifting & kettlebells.

Fusion with Brooke is 45 minutes long. The workout is around 41 minutes, and the stretch is 4 minutes.

My Tabata disk was severly scratched, normally I am OK with a couple tiny lines, but those were very deep long lines. Must email Darby ASAP.

I've been using two pounds, too -- and my arms have been killing me!!

They don't make me hungry. I know what you mean, though -- STS and Insanity made me eat about as many calories as I'd worked off! I was starving all the time when I did both of those programs!

Thanks to Leanne talking about combining these with the new Toniques, I placed an order for them (Tonique) last night.
Linda, I hope you like the new Toniques! The combo of them + DB has been doing wonders for me! Plus, they are all a lot of fun!

The kickboxing looked like my least favorite. The barre workout looked awesome and totally kickbutt.

My new set was all intact, too.

Like Sue said, I think that they are cardio based, but I've only been using these and the new Toniques the last few weeks (with no other weight work), and have still been getting great results. All the extra "bits" that I could grab on my thighs/saddlebags and belly are continuing to disappear.

Thank you... may i ask what kind of rotation you are doing. I am heavy lifting (Body Beast).. how are you fitting in Dream Body? Sounds interesting! Another question.. since i am focusing on heavy.. can you do these without handweights and just get the cardio effect?
